A CASE FOR HIGH SPEED SCANNING:
Recently I had a potential client call me to find out about scanning. Her mother had just passed away and they were going to do a slide show for the funeral. We set up a time for me to come to her home to scan the next day. Her brother in law convinced her it was easier and cheaper to scan their own photos. 14 hours later, she was done. She called me to cancel her appointment. She was shocked to find out that what took her 14 hours to do by hand on a home scanner, would have taken me 1/2 hour on our high speed photo Scanner. The bottom line is....time is money. Time you spend hand scanning photos is lost forever. We scan approximately 3o photos a minute.
